Noch nie habe ich so eine wirksame Anleitung erlebt, um mich für den gesunden Kern und gleichzeitig die geschenkte Kraft aus dem Einenden zu öffnen. Ich habe lange über ein schönes Gedicht von Rilke nachgedacht: Gott spricht zu jedem, ehe ….. Herzlichen Dank für die Anleitung, den meist dunklen Grund auszuleuchten und das Sein zu spüren. Mir ist auch bewusst, dass ich die Übungen wiederholen muss, damit sie im Alltag wirksamer werden.
