Die deutsche CDU-Politikerin war u.a. 2005-2013 Bundesministerin für Bildung und Forschung und danach bis 2018 deutsche Botschafterin beim Heiligen Stuhl. Seit kurzem ist sie Vorstandsvorsitzende der gemeinnützigen Hertie-Stiftung. Im Sammelband "Pfingsten! Warum wir auf das Christentum nicht verzichten werden" bringt sie prominente AutorInnen zusammen. Wir sprechen mit ihr darüber im Interview.

Am Abend des 1. Tages der Woche…Jesus…er ist mitten unter ihnen (uns) und haucht sie (uns) an – Pfingsten. Es ist Gnade oder wie ihr es formuliert habt, ein Kairos, am Pfingstabend dieses Interview zu hören und ganz konzentriert dabei zu sein. Es birgt Hoffnung und Aufbruch, wenn wir aufbrechen. Das Buch werde ich lesen. Danke dafür und danke für den Kongress.
