Danke für dieses Interview. Bei mir bleibt besonders hängen, dass wir eine zugewandte Demokratie brauchen, weil es wichtig ist, aus der eigenen Bubble auszusteigen und zu hören und zu spüren, was die anderen wirklich bewegt.
Herzlichen Dank für das Interview. Das Konzept des Bürgerrats, das eine breit angelegte Plattform bietet, Generationen übergreifend, Menschen aus verschiedensten Berufen und Weltanschauungen einbezieht. Es eröffnet die Möglichkeit aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln eine Situation zu reflektieren und gemeinsam Lösungsansätze zu suchen. – Es wird ein realer Dialog realisiert, ganz im Sinne von Martin Buber.
Vielen Dank! I bin inspriert von Euch beiden. Ich glaube das die Musik neu interpretiert werdeen muss. Die Musik ist in erster Linie ein sociales Werkzeug das Menschen im vor emotionalen Level auf einer energetischen Ebene zusammenbringt. So ensteht ein Feld in dem, wenn gut gebaut, sowohl Kooperation als auch Sebstausdruck zum Ausdruck kommt. Das erzeugt eine liebevolle Kultur die fühlbar ist und die Tür zu ehrlicher und fruchtbarer Kommunikation öffnet.
Danke für dieses anregende Interview. Das Beispiel mit dem “Besserwissen” am Spielrand fand ich sehr hilfreich und sich die Frage zu stellen, wie das “Mitspielen” gelingen kann. Auch das Hinterfragen der eigenen besonderen Emotionalität ist ein sehr guter Ansatzpunkt sich zu öffnen und mehr zu reflektieren.

genauso habe ich auch empfunden. Ich arbeite sehr viel mit und in Gruppen und ich meine, dass Unstimmigkeiten oft dadurch entstehen, dass ich entweder vom Spielrand aus agiere oder weil ich nicht mitbedenke, dass VOR der Aggression bereits Verletzungen, Bedrohungen oder Erfahrungen des Übergangen-worden-seins stattgefunden haben. Meinungen zu hinterfragen, die mir fremd sind (wie kommst Du zu dieser Meinung?) statt sie zu be- und zu ver-urteilen und mich zu distanzieren, darum will ich mich immer stärker bemühen!

ich sehe die gesellschaftliche Bruchstellen ergeben sich aus aktiv Engagierten, die kreativ suchen-forschen hin durch Beteiligung zum gemeinschaftlichen Zusammenschluss kommen können und diejenigen, die suchend kreisen und sich in der Komplexität der gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen verloren sehen, in komplizierter Überforderung passiv ohne den Weg zu sehen sich aufgeben. Demokratie ist kollektive Fleissleistung ohne Pause, ein völlig neues Bewusst-werden als im Verständnis neo-liberaler Apathie, wenn das Leben es schon richten wird !
